10 Ways to Raise your Vibration to Manifest Easier.

Ladies, Manifesting is something we can all do. Do not sell yourself short. Manifestation is to bring something into your life through thought, attraction, and belief. The power of manifestation allows you to harness the life desires you subconsciously envision and turn it into reality.

I have listed 10 ways to raise your vibration so that manifesting comes easier. Once we raise our vibration we release negative blockages and let go of negative traits.

  1. Gratitude. Being grateful for what you already have surfaces positive feelings that increase your vibration and opens you up to receive more. A couple good affirmations that I use are: I am Grateful for the life I am living. I am so grateful for all of the love in my life, given and received. Every person I meet can teach me something, I am grateful for their wisdom.

  2. Meditation. Meditating is a great way to connect with your higher self. Meditation also eliminates worries, anxieties, and other negative feelings. For me Meditation is honestly laying in bed resting my body, being present in my mind and body, and literally have a conversation with myself in my head until I gain clarity on whatever it is I am needing at that time. I also find I get the best answers from myself when I am fully relaxed mind, body and soul. (cannabis helps me with this, but this is just me. Try what works for you)

  3. Connect with Nature. I am one to say I need to do this more. Go outside and connect with nature. It is a great way to ground yourself and feel connected to the universe and yourself as a whole. Take that road trip, go to the mountains, be around large bodies of water, or running water (this is my favorite), go where there hasn't been too much human traffic.

  4. Self Care. Taking care of yourself is the most important way to raise your vibration. Do what makes you feel good and happy whatever this may look like. Do it for your body, your intellect, and your soul.

  5. Visualize. Visualize what you want to manifest. How do you feel? What do you see? Engage all your senses in this visualization to make it more of a reality.

  6. Drink Water. So Much Water. Water helps cleanse you of toxins and impurities that could be weighing down your vibration. Water raises your vibration from the inside out literally. I might add that it is so important for your gut health also.

  7. Journal. Journaling is a great way to clear and organize the mind. Journaling also raises your vibration by releasing worries out into the universe and freeing them from your mind. Journaling could look like writing it down on paper, typing it out on your notes and deleting after or just honestly having a conversation with yourself or someone who consents to listening and has the emotional capacity to be your outlet.

  8. Movement. Moving emotions out of your body by dancing, doing a workout program, yoga, running, weights, whatever makes you get up and move. I like to shake my hips as I store a lot of trauma there so learning how to twerk and shake my hips and booty, loosened my body up as I was always so stiff from being stressed out all the time. It also taught me to love the way my body jiggles instead of resenting it.

  9. Plenty of Rest. Ladies! Be sure to rest and sleep when your body and mind are telling you to. Don't wait until they are screaming at you to take a break. We operate at a lower frequency when we are run to the ground.

  10. Make someone else smile. When we see other people react in a positive way to our energy it makes us happy right? Absolutely! I love helping people who are having a bad day have a better day even if it's me making space for a conversation from someone who needs to vent , or me complimenting a stranger on the sidewalk. The positivity we radiate from ourselves onto other people without expecting something in return raises our vibration substantially.
